The two-day event will highlight just why Cornwall has gained such a reputation as the culinary capital of the coast and countryside and is a destination for food lovers from far and wide.
Featuring the county's top food and drinks producers and a host of admired Cornish chefs, plus much more, the event will bring the true flavour of Cornwall to the city.
What's on offer?
Cornwall has one of the richest larders in the world and wants to share its bounty! From award winning ales such as Sharp's Doom Bar and St Austell Brewery's Tribute, to champion cheeses like Cornish Blue, succulent grass-reared meats and designer chocolates… and even the launch of a Cornish pasty flavoured crisp courtesy of the Cornish Crisp Company!
Christmas made easy … with Christmas just around the corner, Cornwall Food & Drink LIVE is a great opportunity to taste and buy the very best festive produce and gifts straight from the producers, delis, breweries and restaurants in Cornwall.
Headlining in the demonstration theatre …two-Michelin starred Nathan Outlaw, a favourite with audiences of BBC's Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen, will partner with fellow seafood-superstar, Mitch Tonks, in an unmissable Seafood Special on Sunday 4th November.
