'Don't You Worry 'Bout That' - MOJO 4*: 'Leading from the front on alto sax James Morton's Porkchop is a collection of the impressive Dan 'Pinstripe' Moore (Hammond organ), Ian Matthews of Kasabian (drums) and Denny Ilett (guitar).

Funk, soul-jazz, and gospel are all influences that inform the concept. The intention on this album James says "is to eliminate the introspective and self-indulgent elements that some 'jazz' music can often adhere to, and bring the music

back to the people … and jazz back to the dance floor".'

Pianist, jazz musician, composer, producer, sound designer – Mike Willox is a musician capable of responding to the most diverse demands. Since escaping London in 2005 he's immersed himself in Bristol's burgeoning live music scene creating projects such as the art-prog Smith and Willox to deconstructive jazzers The Pollinators and latin big band, The Magnificent Seven. Tonight, joined by Will Harris, bass; Nick Dover, sax, and Andy Tween on drums, we're in for some

great groove and jazz!
