House of Fraser throws a Party for Pete to celebrate forth anniversary

Cabot Circus' House of Fraser store is celebrating its 4th anniversary by throwing a Party for Pete with all proceeds going to St Peter's Hospice.
The department store is marking the special milestone by inviting shoppers to visit on Thursday 27 September for refreshments as well as 40% discounts off selected lines.
The party is part of the charity's Party for Pete initiative which has seen people all over the city throw celebrations throughout September to raise money for the cause.
St Peter's Hospice corporate fundraising manager Anna Ross said: "It is great that House of Fraser is joining in with a Party for Pete and it's fabulous that it has tied in with the 4th anniversary.
"House of Fraser is one of the biggest and most popular shops in the city so to be supported by them is lovely for us. We are Bristol's only adult hospice, helping to support those with life limiting illnesses and their families. The work we do is vital so we need all the help we can get."
Services at St Peter's Hospice are provided free of charge but the NHS contribute just 23% of the £6.5 million needed to run the hospice yearly, meaning support from the public is essential.
Last year the hospice cared for 2,675 patients and supported over 6,000 family members including children.
House of Fraser manager Clem Fraser said: "The 4th anniversary celebrations are going to be brilliant. We'll be giving away prizes and refreshments and shoppers will be treated to some special offers and discounts.
"What's even better is that we are raising money for St Peter's Hospice; it's a fantastic local charity and one which many people in the city hold close to their hearts. To be able to support the cause and the Party for Pete scheme is great and I really hope we raise a good amount."
House of Fraser's Party for Pete is taking place on Thursday 27 September from 10am.
