Secret Millionaire To Share His Secrets

A MULTI millionaire who found his way from homelessness to fortune is to share the secret of his success at a seminar in Bristol.

Kevin Green, 48, a self-made multi-millionaire and social entrepreneur, is one of the UK's largest and most successful residential property landlords.

The former dairy farmer, who featured in Channel 4s Secret Millionaire TV show, was homeless in 1984 but today his property portfolio runs into the hundreds and is worth millions of pounds.

He will share his secrets at the Holiday Inn, Bristol City Centre, on May 19, for entrepreneurs looking to invest in the property market.

The event, organised by Bristol-based Property Options, will give an insight into how he became successful and show how to follow in his footsteps.

Advice will include how to start in the property market and build up a deposit, how to generate income in a short timescale and pitfalls to avoid in the property business.

Mr Green said: "I'm very excited to be speaking at this event organised by DB Properties. I am looking forward to sharing my experiences and giving some hints and tips to those that may wish to follow in my footsteps."

Organisers Del Brown, Adil Ayub and Rob Brown, said the event will be one of a series of seminars they plan to host to help people invest in the property market.

Del, is also a property investor with 25-years' experience, having bought this first property for £13,000 and his most recent property for £1.7 million.

He now owns in excess of 150 units and launched Property Options to share his experience and strategies, which will be outlined in his mentoring programmes and courses.

Mr Brown said: "Kevin is an incredible, dynamic speaker and guests will be blown away by the opportunities on offer.

The seminar will also offer exclusive access to a new Property Options mentoring programme and a glimpse of Del's new book.
