Man, the Wetherspoon's on Whiteladies Road sure does attract some strange clientele!!!!

I've been surprised how quiet it looks each time I pass.

I confess I rather like it for the splendid choice of Real Ales. The place itself is laid-out in a rather odd fashion and the rear "restaurant area" is a bit airport waiting-lounge, but the ale is exceedingly well-kept and the staff are properly courteous.

I suppose "strange" is in the eye of the beholder! Perhaps, as an ageing Hack, I qualify!
