I visited Bristol and Clifton's newest restaurant, La Riva on Park Street, yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised. They are certainly very brave opening almost opposite Jamie's Italian, but the food they offer is more than a match for that and Bristol's other best Italian eateries. Very friendly staff as well.
