Bristol Choral Society invites all to Come & Sing Brahms Requiem on Saturday 20 October at Tyndale Baptist Church, Whiteladies Road. This short, fun morning of singing (10am - 12.15pm) forms part of this year's Festival of Song and all are welcome - experienced at choral singing or not (ability to read music desirable).
The choir is preparing the work for their first concert of the season (24 November at the Colston Hall), so choir members will be there to help guide those needing any help. It will be a great way to experience singing one of the world's most-loved choral works under the inspirational baton of Adrian Partington, one of Britain's leading choral conductors.
Tickets cost £10 and include score hire and refreshments.
Advance booking is now closed – some spaces will be available at the door.
