Enjoy a demo on making Christmas presents whilst sipping some mulled wine. You will get a chance to sample all the dishes and pick up the recipes.

The Devilled Egg Kitchen Academy runs practical cookery courses taught in purpose-built kitchens. A fantastic range of tutorials, demonstrations and tastings in both food and wine are available.
Run by charismatic chef and foodie Barbora Stiess, The Devilled Egg aims to bridge the gap between ‘fine dining’ and home cooking, classes can be tailor-made to the requirements of the individual.
Founder and head chef Barbora studied at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and subsequently trained under Michelin Starred chef Michael Caines. Her experiences, practices and principles of working in the professional kitchen transfer really well to a domestic cooking space.
