The Square and The Vineyard have come together to bring you an exclusive new event that is among the first to be held in Bristol. Enjoy a 5 course Tasting Menu designed by our award winning chefs, plus a dynamic wine tasting talk from one of The Vineyards leading wine experts.

This will not be your standard wine and dinner event, expect a more sophisticated affair and engaging talk whilst you enjoy refined dining in the award winning Square Kitchen.
The evening’s Tasting Menu will include a tempting array of delicate dishes created by Head Chef, Gavin Lewis. Following Gavin’s modern British approach to cooking the dishes will follow his signature innovative, colourful and flavoursome style. Each dish will be perfectly complimented by a wine chosen especially by The Vineyard.

A leading wine expert, all the way from California, will provide a fascinating insight into the origins of each wine, taking you on a meandering journey of each exquisite bottle. You will understand how the notes of each bouquet enhance elements of your Tasting dish, in the future you can use this knowledge for your own dinner parties – to impress guests or compliment your cooking skills!
