Achieve your fitness goals with Tyrone!

I've been working with Tyrone for two years now. What started off as a one-off session turned into training for a half marathon, turned into building upper body strength, turned into an abs challenge with a friend, turned into maintaining good fitness and strength. Whatever my fitness goal, Tyrone has been right there to support me and help with dietary advice. Training by myself I find it too easy to stop when the pain kicks in, but with Tyrone by my side encouraging me, I am able to train to my full potential. Sessions are always really varied and I love that I don’t need to think or plan – he just tells me what to do and makes sure I am doing each exercise correctly. If you want to be pushed and are prepared to feel the burn to get great results then Tyrone is the personal trainer for you. I cannot recommend him enough!

    Worth every penny

       

    I have used personal trainers before and lost weight but never come away feeling I realy got what I paid for. I had a 6 week programme with Tyrone and I have never been so impressed with results. Through Tyrone's careful monitoring of my diet, body fat levels and planning of my excercise routine and continued support during my 6 week course and also after, I have achieved all my goals now and can finally wear shorts! Thank you!

    Kick Start my new year

       

    I signed up for a month of personal training sessions with Ty in January to help kick start my year and to give me a workout routine that could help me to achieve my goals. He certainly helped me to do that and I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions. He will push you harder than you thought possible and whatever you do don’t let him catch you slacking because he will make you regret it. The routines are tailored to suit your goals and he gives you a personalised programme for you to follow. He will perform a number of tests and measurements before you start to enable him to track your progress and he’ll even give you in depth nutritional advice to help support your training. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to train with ty. He’s a genuinely awesome bloke who will continue to monitor your progress and give you advice when he sees you about the gym even when he’s no longer your trainer. My only advice for those who do sign up for some training session with Ty is to bring you’re A game because he won’t accept anything less. If you have set yourself a target it will be your fault if you don’t reach it. Good luck.
