Three men assaulted at drum and bass night in Bristol: Police witness appeal

Three men received nasty injuries after being assaulted during a drum and base evening in Bristol at the weekend.

The assault took place shortly after 12.30am on Sunday (January 20) at the Arc Bar, on Broad Street.

While at the bar three men were punched and sustained injuries; one man had a broken jaw, another had a nose laceration and missing teeth and the third had a laceration to his eye.

A police spokesman said: "The assaults were reported to us and we are investigating the incident. It is believed there were two or three offenders and they were described as having the appearance of bodybuilders."

Police are appealing for the people involved in the incident, and those who witnessed it, to contact them on 101. Alternatively, phone the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111. They never ask your name or trace your call.
