Two men charged with drug offences in Hotwells, Bristol

Two men are due to appear at Bristol Magistrates Court today (Monday, December 24) charged with drug offences.

Nicholas Avery and Tim Newbury have been charged with possession with intent to supply.

The vehicle in which they were travelling was stopped at 9.25am on Saturday morning (December 22) on Hotwells Road. Officers searched the vehicle and arrested the occupants.

Police made a further search in connection with the arrest and seized various substances and a significant amount of cash.
