Postal workers at four Royal Mail depots in the Bristol area have voted to strike in a national dispute over job cuts.
The Communication Workers' Union said yesterday that staff at Kingswood, Clifton, Nailsea and the BS1 city centre depot had voted to strike.
They join staff from Montpelier, Whitehall, Clevedon and Yatton who have already staged walkouts this summer, and those at Yate, Keynsham and Portishead who have already voted to strike next month.
Further ballot results are due in the next three days including those of Filton's sorting centre and Severn Beach's distribution centre.
CWU Bristol and District branch secretary David Wilshire said the strike action would be coordinated across as many depots as possible.
