    I've got no idea what workmen are currently doing at the bottom of Whiteladies Road outside the RWA but it's a huge mess.

    They appear to be putting in a larger "refuge"... thus reducing the amount of
    road available for traffic. No surprise there then? After all, we are talking about a Council with a positively visceral hatred for motorists.
