Bags of rubbish strewn everywhere on the Royal York Crescent and Regent Street this morning. If there's not enough space for wheelie bins, black sacks have to be left on the pavements; and because the council don't offer food recycling for Royal York Crescent residents that means foxes always get into the black sacks, with the result that every Thursday morning litter and food is everywhere. We need food recycling. I don't know why the council still don't offer it.
