Ever wondered what you can do about those unsightly cracked

heels? Have you tried more and more moisturiser but nothing seems to work?
If you suffer from cracked and dry feet like the person in
the picture, before starting on a regime to put the moisture back, you should
try a callous peel. And now is a great time to get your feet ready to wear
those strappy sandals.
The peel is available at Beauty Box beauty salon in Bristol
and won't break the bank at £15 for a 20 minute treatment.
Julia Vickers, manager and beauty specialist at Beauty Box
says:
"Over time skin builds up on your feet and you can feel this
as the skin will feel hard on the soles and heels of you feet. However hard you
try to moisturise if you have this dead skin your feet won't improve. The
callous peel removes all that dead skin and leaves feet feeling soft and ready
to take on moisture from your usual foot cream."
Here is how a callous peel is done:
1.
Feet are soaked in warm water for 10 minutes.
2.
Then the callous peel gel goes on the feet which
are then wrapped in cling film. This is left on for 4 minutes.
3.
The beautician gives the foot a good scraping
getting rid of the dead skin.
4.
Then moisturising foot cream is applied.
Voila you are ready for those strappy sandals!
The treatment is £15 and is available at the Beauty Box
salon on High Street Westbury-on-Trym or Clifton Down in Clifton, Bristol.
