Just wish I had done this course sooner!

This course has made me realise that I have a choice in how I react to situations and that people get stuck in habitual patterns. Doing this course was like waking up out of a slumber to see things as they are now. The mediation is a great relaxation technique and the mindful movement is something I am developing further. What was helpful more than anything was to realise that so many other people are struggling with the same issues, with lives becoming more and more demanding, this course is something that could help anyone to deal with life more mindfully and be happier in the present.

    A great 8 week course!

This is a great eight week course that has helped me in many ways. You come out with a toolbox of different techniques and practices that help to deal with stress and anxiety and help to keep focussed and clear when living hectic lives. It means I am more able to enjoy the here and now, remain calm and focussed and I actually get just as many things done!
Simon has a relaxed and friendly manner in running the course which means the sessions are informal and fun and he is very approachable in terms of questions, queries and discussion. I have already recommended this course to a number of friends and colleagues who have enjoyed it just as much as I did. Give it a go!

    Life changing

This course has really helped me put my life in perspective... living in the present rather that constantly stressing about the future.
