Here at Essential Awareness we teach others how to make achievable changes to their daily lives, allowing them to be happy, healthy, and live abundantly.

We offer on-going support through our exclusive after care service and we can work face-to-face in Bristol and Oxford, or over the telephone. You will receive an initial, free 30 minute telephone consultation before any treatments start.

After the telephone call, the process continues with you filling in a history form. From this timeline we will put together a bespoke package of therapy that is goal-orientated. This potent formula for success means that most issues can be cleared after three sessions. We will teach you how to maintain your emotions and mental balance using easy to remember and quick to use techniques. This will allow you to remain in control of your life and free from anxiety, fears, depression, pain, excess weight, unhelpful habits and illness. Our after care service means that you will be contacted a week after your treatment to see how you have progressed; you may also feel free to contact me for help and advice between sessions if you feel this is necessary.

Qualifications include Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Hypno-CBT. EFT, EmoTrance Attachment Release, Advanced Essential Reprogramming, Past & Future Life Regression, EMDR, Reiki 3rd degree, Shamanka Shamanic Healing The Luminous Warrior.
