My wife and I have been visiting the Lal Jomi for over 20 years for both eating in and take-aways. We have found the food consistently good over all that time and are very pleased to support a local business.

My wife and I love Lal Jomi! The food is consistently good along with friendly service. The intimate booths, the range of dips that come with the papadoms, the interesting dishes and Cobra on tap help to differentiate it from some of the other Indian restaurants in the area.

This restaurant is lovely and the quality is great I went there in the last 6 months with a group of friends and we all enjoyed it and thought the food, was fresh and tasty. We would definitely go back and they are also good with accommodating the more fussy eater also.

ReportThis restaurant is a good choice for a lovely meal. Good location and an wide-ranging menu containing all the usual expectations plus some very interesting and delicious alternatives. The booths are nice and quiet so you don't share your evening with the others around you or get interrupted by any boisterous groups! Friendly, good service evey time!

ReportWhen some good friends were about to emigrate, we said our goodbyes with a memorable meal at Lal Jomi.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was intimate. The tables are boxed in and cosy for close communication.
Highly recommended
